Classes

DYO 10.99 & Under – (All Ford)

D.Y.O. 11.00 – 12.99 - (All Ford)

D.Y.O. 13.00 & Over - (All Ford)

“Renegade” CLASS D.Y.O. for Fords running non-Ford engines

Note: Minimum 8-car field or brackets may be combined.

The 2009 Street Fords Drag Nationals will again take place at Heathcote Park Raceway in Victoria and will be held on Saturday September 26th, plus there’s a test and tune open to all comers on the preceding Friday night.

On the day of the main event there'll be trade stands and food available to complement the action on the track, plus the Custom Utes crew will be there to capture all the action on camera.

This will be largely the same as last year's event in that it is a bracket-style drag meet split up into several time brackets. This is Dial-Your-Own racing, so you don’t have to be ultra-quick, just more consistent than your opponent. Bring your race car, bring your daily driver; just make sure you bring a Ford.

Last year Street Fords secured and gave away over $10,000 in cash and prizes and we're looking to do the same this year. We’ll announce some of this years prizes in the next issue and if you’d like to support this great event contact Roy Velardi on 02 9741 3993.

Now is the time to book yourselves in for this awesome event! Accommodation can be found in the township of Heathcote, or within an hour of the track at Nagambie to the north east, Seymour to the south east, Bendigo to the north west or Kyneton to the south west. You can even camp at the track if you’re keen.

Camping
Camping is available on site for entrants and pit crew only.
